Making savings last after losing my job - any advice?

I have 8 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a machine operator. It has been a long 8 weeks. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
