Making savings last after losing my job - any advice?

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an office manager. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $850 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
