Making savings last after losing my job after 9 years as an operations analyst

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an operations analyst. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
