Making savings last after losing my job after 7 years as a production planner

We are a household of 7 and need to cut costs quickly. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $550 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
