Making savings last after losing my job after 4 years as a retail manager

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a retail manager. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
