Making savings last after losing my job after 4 years as a forklift operator

We are a household of 4 and need to cut costs quickly. I worked as a forklift operator before this. Rent and the car are the biggest costs. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
