Making savings last after losing my job after 3 years as a janitorial supervisor

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a janitorial supervisor. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
