Making savings last after losing my job after 16 years as an event coordinator

I have 7 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an event coordinator. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1000 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
