Making savings last after losing my job after 15 years as a home health aide

We are a household of 15 and need to cut costs quickly. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $650 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
