Making savings last after losing my job after 13 years as a payroll clerk

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. Any experience at all would help. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $350 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
