Making savings last after losing my job after 12 years as a marketing coordinator

We are a household of 12 and need to cut costs quickly. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $350 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
