Making savings last after losing my job

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an electrician's helper. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $250 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
