Making savings last after losing my job

We are a household of 16 and need to cut costs quickly. Any experience at all would help. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $850 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
