Making savings last after losing my job - 9 months and counting

We are a household of 13 and need to cut costs quickly. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $450 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
