Making savings last after losing my job

I have 13 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an accounts payable clerk. It has been weighing on me all week. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
