Making savings last after losing my job

We are a household of 10 and need to cut costs quickly. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
