Making savings last after losing my job

I have 10 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a project coordinator. It has been weighing on me all week. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
