Making savings last after losing my job

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
