Making savings last after losing my job - 6 weeks in

We are a household of 5 and need to cut costs quickly. I am in Wichita, in case local advice matters. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
