Making savings last after losing my job

I have 8 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a call-centre agent. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1200 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
