Making savings last after losing my job - 5 months and counting

We are a household of 14 and need to cut costs quickly. I am in Portland, in case local advice matters. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1050 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
