Making savings last after losing my job - 4 weeks in

I have 9 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a nurse's aide. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
