Making savings last after losing my job - 4 months and counting

I have 4 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a production planner. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.
