Making savings last after losing my job

I have 10 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an accountant. It has been weighing on me all week. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $400 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
