Making savings last after losing my job - 25 weeks in

We are a household of 8 and need to cut costs quickly. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about the credit card minimums.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $650 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
