Making savings last after losing my job

My income dropped to unemployment benefits and my bills have not changed. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Ask your utility about hardship programmes. Mine knocked a bit off my bill for several months.

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $400 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
