Making savings last after losing my job - 21 weeks in

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a medical assistant. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Rent and the car are the biggest costs.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
