Making savings last after losing my job

I have 8 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a welding apprentice. I am in Sacramento, in case local advice matters. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $950 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
