Making savings last after losing my job - 18 weeks in

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a sales associate. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $300 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
