Making savings last after losing my job - 17 weeks in

I have 3 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a medical assistant. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $350 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
