Making savings last after losing my job - 12 months and counting

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an insurance claims processor. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What helped the most?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $1100 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
