Making savings last after losing my job - 12 months and counting

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a social media manager. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What did you cut first?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $550 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
