Making savings last after losing my job - 12 months and counting

I have 12 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as a hotel front-desk agent. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. What helped the most?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
