Making savings last after losing my job - 11 weeks in

We are a household of 13 and need to cut costs quickly. It has been a long 11 weeks. I listed every subscription and found several I forgot. Did any lender work with you?

Subscriptions first, then the phone plan. I saved about $900 a year just by switching to a cheaper plan.
