Making savings last after losing my job - 11 months and counting

I have 11 months of savings and I am trying to stretch them after being let go as an event coordinator. I worked as an event coordinator before this. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

I called the landlord and the card company early. Both offered a short payment plan, which I did not expect.
