Making savings last after losing my job - 10 weeks in

We are a household of 16 and need to cut costs quickly. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am nervous about the credit card minimums. What did you cut first?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
