Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I sent 14 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
