Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
