Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a production planner I am finding mornings difficult. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
