Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
