Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I sent 5 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
