Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a customer-service rep I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
