Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
