Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
