Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I sent 15 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
