Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 9 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
