Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
