Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a software tester I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
