Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a customer-service rep I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
