Low days while job hunting - what worked for you?

I sent 10 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
